I met my friend Julie for a zumba class at her gym. Her gym is NYSC (New York Sports Club). I really enjoyed the zumba class and would like to do zumba again sometime in the near future. She was showing me around the gym when the class was over. They have a swimming pool and a sauna. This was my quick photo fo the sauna.
Zumba is so much fun!
ReplyDeleteIt is a lot of fun! I want to eventually take a class with Shawn's mom somewhere and I want to buy the wii game. Besides exercise I've got to play some other video games, I'm not much for the regular video games (only the exercise ones), but Shawn said some of the regular games will help me develop more hand eye coordination, which will in turn help me with my driving skills.
